Credits pay for videos and AI characters. A video's price depends on its length and resolution, and you always see it before you make anything. If a video fails, its credits come back.

Yes. Open Manage subscription and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Your plan renews automatically at the start of each week, month or year, and that period’s credits are added as soon as the payment goes through. If a payment fails, your plan is paused until you update your card.

Plan credits are for the period they come with and expire when it ends. Credits you buy as packs never expire. We always use plan credits first.

Yes, in Manage subscription. Upgrades apply right away: you pay the prorated difference and get extra credits in proportion to it for the rest of the period. Switching to a longer billing period (for example monthly to yearly) starts the new period now: the unused part of what you paid comes off the new price, and unused credits from the old period expire. Downgrades and shorter billing periods apply from your next renewal.

Credits are delivered right after payment, so the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right ends once they are delivered (you agree to this at checkout). This doesn’t limit your statutory rights. If something went wrong, contact support and we’ll help. Refunded payments remove the credits they bought.

Your credits are tied to your LOOP account, so you can spend them on the web and in the iOS app. Plans are bought and managed on the web.
