Get help
- For questions about your account, credits, purchases or a creation, email support@botsbloc.com.
- Include the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account. Never send us your password.
Report content or request a takedown
- Use Report in the app, or email support@botsbloc.com.
- We review reports and remove content that breaks our Terms of Use or Content rules.
- For non-consensual intimate imagery, we act within 48 hours of a valid request.
- Copyright notices: send them to support@botsbloc.com.
Delete your account
- In the app: Profile → Delete account. This deletes your characters, photos, videos, uploads and account, and also your account at our sign-in provider. The app confirms when deletion is complete and lists what we must keep.
- You can also delete single creations and characters at any time.
- The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted, what is kept and for how long, and what our AI provider keeps.
Your privacy rights
To withdraw AI consent, use Profile → Withdraw AI consent. For access, correction, portability, objection or restriction requests, email support@botsbloc.com.
